Why bother putting these people in jail if they're just gonna let them out in a few years? At least give them a vasectomy so that they can't impregnate any willing, or unwilling women.

They should lock him up for life without patrol because face it he is a career criminal or cut off his penis. Where are his parents? Disgusting how a life of crime began when he was 15.
