As soon as Barak Obama becomes President, the federal government will make a true committment to mass transit, not to mention the MTA is getting funding for the advertising revenue by significant players.  

If the MTA was in dire straights, they would not have extended an option order for brand new subway cars.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
