Map of the Day: Cloverfield Gets Tracked

Well, this is only a few seasons late, but in case you're just catching Cloverfield for the first time on DVD it may seem relevant! The map above was created to tell people "where things in Cloverfield happen okay." Find out just where the monster punted the Statue of Liberty's head from, and much much more. Warning: the descriptions contain a lot of likes, dudes and oh my gods, okay?

It took way to long to kill them, in that movie. I remember in the theater there were a few "finally!"s said once they were good & dead.

The man who wrote the little excerpts is a literary genius.

I mean, I know that Gothamist is dumbing itself down these days. What I want to know is if it's because of some editorial decision or is it just a change of heart. I mean, I know times are bad and you can't report depressing news all the time... but come on.

i thought they went into the spring st station for some reason.

either way this map needs to be marked with the exact location you were when you turned off this movie halfway through.

#5, I thought it was Spring Street too. Either way, they walked a few dozen blocks in less than 10 minutes.

This feels like it's straight off of 4chan.

They could turn this into a pub crawl for tourists.

Is that the movie about the giant guinea pigs?

at # 10....AWESOME!! I'm so startled!

i don't think i've ever rooted for the death of the main characters as much as when I watched this movie.
