In my formative years in the Bronx,anything south of Central Park was called Downtown.

34th is the southern boundary of midtown. Last I checked, most people think of the area around Madison Square as the Flatiron. Blogs can be fun, but fact-checking -- qu'est-ce que c'est???

This looks awesome, which is more than I can say for the tree huts that are still up in Madison Square Park. They are the most pointless "art installation" I have ever seen. Did I miss something? Since when is 23rd and Madison considered part of Midtown?
