I'm not a fan of frivolous law suits, but this guy has a point. They stole his identity and turned him into a big round M&M. They then painted him as a shill for their product without his permission or any compensation.

ok, I am glad he doesn't endorse obesity and diabetes but is part of his settlement educating the cons of M&Ms or did he sell out. Also what trademark? he is a cowboy with no clothes. Give me a break
