deaf, developmentally disabled, require a walker or prosthetic device for mobility, have been ruled fully disabled by the Social Security Administration Just curious why this class of people is eligible to play for free? 1. Deaf - OK? Why would they get to play for free? 2. Require a walker? Are you really capable of playing golf? 3. Fully disabled. See above. I mean really.
