  • From the Gothamist Newsmap: A person hit by a train at Grand Central in Manhattan, a home invasion robbery on 178 Pl in Queens and police car MVA at East Fordham Rd & Sullivan Blvd in the Bronx.
  • A Long Island man pleaded guilty to selling heroin to a woman who overdosed. The dealer injected the woman at a Hicksville doughnut shop; when she left, she collapsed.
  • In West Chelsea, shiny is the new black—and it may also suck on sunny days.
  • The death of a former CNN producer found in her Financial District apartment with her 2-year-old daughter was caused by an accidental cocaine overdose.
  • Greenpoint restaurant Paloma—which served amazing stuffed Poblano peppers, by the way—is closed after a bad fire broke out during McCain's concession speech Tuesday night.
  • A Brooklyn-raised Marine sergeant and his wife were tortured and killed in California--and four men under his command may be suspects.
  • Nerds say those "holograms" during CNN's election coverage were not, technically, holograms. They were tomograms, duh!

1. Crazy juxtaposition. Let's see if Obama works to repeal the Patriot Act (which he reautho'd twice) in an effort to let states and cities know that the 4th Amendment is still alive.

That's doubtful.

2. I love Paloma---very cheap for the quality of the food.

What the f*ck has McCain to do with the fire at Paloma?!? Jeez...

...after a bad fire broke out...

When is a fire a good fire other than a bon fire with smores?

I'm looking forward to watching the horror in the faces of all the uninformed voters who decided Obama was going to change their lives without really knowing anything except the fact that he's a democrat. Retards.

I like how the cult of Obama followers have been brainwashed to repeat 'change' as often as possible. It's very scary.
