Cops Accused of Subway Sodomy Stripped of Guns, Badges

The four officers accused of sodomizing a man with a radio antenna or baton after he resisted arrest in a Brooklyn subway station have been stripped of their guns and badges, an NYPD source tells the Post. The officers were ordered to report to the 71st Precinct station house in Brooklyn yesterday to be put on "modified duty." A lawyer for a fifth officer, who is believed to be supporting the victim's explosive allegation, reportedly met with prosecutors yesterday to brief them on his client's account of the incident.

"stripped of their guns and badges"

Yet they're allowed to keep their radios?? They could sodomize again.

Wasn't the crime of the Sodomites being inhospitable and rude to strangers? So I guess yeah that is appropriate. Nevertheless, the way sodomy is defined in the dictionary is placing that certain male part of the anatomy (I know too many infomercials) into someone elses rectum. So how does putting a radio antenna there make it sodomy? If anything at all goes into the rectum is it sodomy? Are proctologists sodomizing their patients when they examine them? I just don't get the terminology on how they are describing this case as sodomy and rape. They should just be charged with battery or police brutality or forcible rape with a foreign object or something instead of calling it sodomy. Anyway.

What dictionary are you using? Every dictionary I know says it's either anal or oral sex, and gender is irrelevant.

There either will or won't be fairly obvious evidence. If they did it, it's a shame they're on modified desk duty, still drawing pay.

You know you're ugly, when you go to a proctologist and he sticks his finger in your mouth.

HaHa! #1.

"But you can...uh...keep that radio."
