Because of early voting, the final execution of President Obama's election will occur earlier than most would expect. The winner will be called exactly at 9:00 pm as the polls close in California. A few states will have nail-biter counts but Ohio comes down to Hamilton County and Florida will come down to Duval and Hillsborough Counties. Fun enough for those who like hanging chad drama at midnight.
