The Oak Room was always elegant and beautiful and a very special place to enjoy fine food. Certainly not for everyone, but if you can afford this, it's an experience you will remember.

Yeah, somebody thinks 1966 is the height of taste and style. It looks like an "Olde English Chop House" along Rt 1.

Eh... I'm a bit iffy on the decor. I like a touch of mid-century style, but it looks strangely anachronistic against the ornate woodwork and gilt trim here.
