A 30-year-old Queens woman is the second person in as many months to sue Western-themed tourist trap Johnny Utah's, claiming that the midtown bar's mechanical bull caused her serious injuries. According to court papers obtained by the Post, Rachel Love has "been rendered unable to perform [her] normal activities" since her fateful encounter with the bull. Like screenwriter Aaron Schnore's September lawsuit, Love blames the bull operator for letting her get bucked while inebriated, and also causing "the actions of the mechanical bull to become more violent in an effort to throw the plaintiff off said bull." How many drunkards have to get vaguely hurt before mechanical bull operators stop trying to throw riders off?

Who knows..maybe these two people thought they were signing up for a mechnical bull that replicated the movement of a bull grazing, not bucking. Easy mistake to make.
Seriously though, if the bar doesn't make these drunk idiots sign a waiver before getting on the bull then they deserve to be sued.

That's dumb. PR Pimp points to someone with a similar (and not unusual) name and you automatically assume it has to be the same woman? Why would a California-born porn star be living in Queens? FYI, according to that bio, the porn star is almost 35, not 30 like the woman in the article. Anything to be snarky, eh?
Oh, and the point of the bull is not necessarily to throw you off. Only if the operator is a sadistic prick. I can imagine people wanting to just get the thrill of being bucked around. What would it hurt if they weren't thrown? That's like saying the whole point of driving in a Nascar-type amateur race is to get into a smashup against the wall.

This is why we can't have nice things. Judge should put her and her lawyer in jail for wasting the court's time. Maybe spending six months in jail would stop these lawsuits.
