What Gothamist left out was that I, Shuggie the dog wore a 'Joe The Plumber' costume and carried on my back a working human and doggie water fountain because the one in Ft Greene Park is broken. My costume title was 'Joe The Plumber fixes Fort Greene Park's doggie fountain'. Thanks for the post, it made my day too!
