I don't know about this. I too would consider it a minor humiliation and it also doesn't sound as though it was particularly sexual in nature. It's like getting a really creative wedgie.

How much could she possibly be entitled to for this? You've got minor humiliation that is not particularly sexual in nature, and no damage to her "career" since it's a completely expendable minimum-wage-type service job. (Just apply somewhere else in the mall, duh.) If I were ecko I'd offer her $500 to go away.

How can this be with a company that advertises that women work in sweatshops with bikinis? http://www.youtube.com/eckoMFG They wear bikinis! It's not like they are naked or degraded or anything. They wear a sliver of clothing to protect their dignity. This is a very surprising lawsuit.
