Spirit76, Andy Dick, omg. It is a shame how heartless and cruel we are as a specie. We do more harm to this world and ourselves and theses defenseless animal. This cat puts a lot of people to SHAME and that is why some people must post negative remarks. They are ashamed of themselves.

That's not his picture. That's the mug shot for Andy Dick during his arrest a few months ago. It says a lot about a person when they choose a mug shot for their avatar.

A lot of people would say that mercilessly killing mice is a good thing. On the other hand, humans often kill for no reason other than the thrill of it. Anybody who reads Gothamist knows that happens with depressing regularity.

Jerky, no one said they are human beings. In fact a lot of human beings would have left their children to die in the fire. I bet you are one of those selfish spineless ass. By the way, I hope that is not your picture, it looks like wart on my ass.

>>We can learn a lot from cats. They're often wonderful creatures.

Yes, I definitely want to learn how to mercilessly kill mice and small songbirds....especially how to play with them while biting and maiming them while batting them with my paws. Killing is fun!

Get a grip. Cats are domesticated carnivores, NOT human beings.

That was definitely a moving story. Def. brings a tear to my glass eye. At least her kittens will live on. Someone write a children's book..

In any household with a cat, it is ALWAYS about the cat, which is why that jerkwad, Petcka, killed his girlfriend's cat in a jealous rage.

It just shows how much compassion and love the cat had for her kittens.

If only all people had that...I am tired of reading about Meth addicts leaving their kids in a house that is burning down due to their meth lab exploding, or parents who put their kids food in a fridge with Meth ingrediants and the kids dies from ammonia poisoning...Some humans should't be allowed to breed...

Scarlett will be missed especially be her adopted mother...

Fighting the instincts, humans made religion.

...Even a cat can show how much compassionate you are without church denomination.

Humans are the cruelest specie on the earth. People killed their children and mistreat them and this cat risk her life and rescue her little despite the burns. SHAME on the HUMAN RACE. Look at christine quinn who has no heart and no ethics. STOLE our votes and sold our democracy. AMercians are dying overseas for our freedom and this witch turn NYC into a banana republic.
