It's retarded for Toll Brothers as well. Since when does a suburban McMansion developer go into a dump like this area and ramrod something like this through? Why doesn't the city knock down the housing projects and have Toll do this shit on those sites?

whether its the Iraq war, term limits or building more luxary condos in Gowanus it all bespeaks the same thing - the system is not accountable to the common people, its accountable to people with money

Build it and offer a doodoo discount. Anyone who moves in waves their right to complain about the smell since they knew well beforehand that where they will live is literally up shit's creek.
