Littlejohn's defense is planning an appeal, claiming the St. Guillen case may have influenced jurors. When a jury is selected, the defense and prosecution as questions to potential jurors like "do you think the allegations against the defendant in another unrelated case will sway your decision on this case?" Or "Have you heard of my client/read about him etc and if so, do you think your decision will sway you to vote guilty or non guilty?" These questions help decide who is fit to be on a jury, the prosecution probably has their best men/women on the case, Littlejohn has a two-bit public defender who wants to save the world one animal at a time. Littlejohn is a career criminal with a very sadistic side to him—he's an associate of satan, if you will. He's much more than an animal, he's a deranged human being and needs to spend the rest of his life in a maximum security cage, no exceptions. I'm sure the judge will not have any leniency with this case or the Imette St. Guillen case later this year (he has plead not guilty to both.) He's done. Good riddance.
