A woman gets beat in front of my building by her boyfriend i call policd twice. Both times they come but dont get out of there car. Only make a wooop woop sound. Her could hav stabbed her yet were bringing people in for petty crime?

The NYPD takes beating subway fares more seriously than being in the city illegally. Maybe La Raza can petition Mayor-for-Life Bloomberg to extend the city's "sanctuary" policy to include granting illegals sanctuary from paying subway fare.
