He's in the wrong office. David Dinkins had Late Filing Syndrome for years as well and he would up being mayor.

Technically you don't have to file so long as you don't owe the IRS any money. But that's stupid because most people end up claiming tax refunds that they won't be able to get. But I mean if you want to pay extra taxes and get no refunds... You don't technically have to actually file a return.

Big fucking deal. Lots of people file late. And in the end, the IRS gets a shit load more money in penalties and interest. So in a sense, late filers are better citizens because then end up paying much more than they would have if they had paid on time. I know this from first hand experience. This is just another non issue distraction. The guy paid. Don't we have more important things to talk about?

This is all just a load of shit. Anyone who doesn't file their taxes knows it's wrong, this schmuck thought he could get away with it as a 'Mental Disorder'....I don't think so... You should be ashamed of yourself for even pretending to have a mental disorder. You just didn't want to file your taxes and realize that you owed a TON of money....greedy greedy man.

Yeah, and I have late-getting-out-of-bed syndrome, but somehow I think getting to work at noon wouldn't fly.
