Area actually has more students than Cambridge MASS, much due to Long Island University BK, which has come alive with arts, film and event programming and continues to expand. Don't forget Brooklyn Friends, Hanah Senesh, Packer and St. Ann's.

Man's endless pursuit to turn every metropolis into Las Vegas... Oh well. Good for the economy and we have to be grateful for that kind of pshidt now. I guess.

Don't forget MetroTech A lot of students from different schools (St. Joe's, Pratt, FIT) live at the Hotel St. George on Henry Street. Not a bad idea marketing downtown BK as a college town, albeit a lot more expensive than most other college towns.

St. Joseph's College Kingsborough Community College Basically Fort Greene and Downtown could make great "college towns", but Fort Greene's stock is falling as of late.
