Very, very stupid to go down into the sewers. Besides the fact that you can get lost, you can run into pockets of poisonous gas, you can come into contact with all kinds of liquid and toxic and corrosive waste, you can get swept away by sewage flow, you can get washed into sewer regulators and other things that can kill you, and if it rains suddenly while you're down there you can drown. Sewer workers go through all kinds of hazardous waste and confined space training.
