In a perfect world, this would have resulted in 800 citations for littering (along with billions for the assholes leaving menus on doorsteps, flyers under windshield wipers, etc). And I've never really understood that. Someone drops 500 flyers for some bullshit club party on the ground.. it seems like such an easy case to me. The address is right on the fucking thing.
