It was like this in that you pulled a string and the hand would move with the intention of hailing a cab. I loved that thing and it was gone so quickly.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Illegal it may be, it&apos;s actually a lot better then a lot of the dross being called &apos;art&apos; these days.

And amusingly, it could serve a practical purpose, an indication for high tide and low tide.  Not that It&apos;d require some refinement, such as a metal pole... and reflective strips for the green and red segments... but it could work.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
