I saw this guy around 1PM on Wednesday wearing the same exact ensamble in bannana yellow!!! I passed him on Broadway between Franklin and Leonard. The delivery guys ouside New Fancy Food Deli were having a laugh as he strolled by all fuzzy in bright yellow with sunglasses and his cell phone up to his ear. He totally made my day! The one time I leave my cell phone at home.......
