Beautiful Columbus Day Weekend

wxch_sfc101008.jpgThere's not much to say about this weekend's weather other than enjoy! A high pressure system has decided to take a vacation over Cedar Point for the Columbus Day weekend. That will bring clear skies and mild temperatures to the northeastern states through at least Monday. Highs each day will be unseasonably warm, mostly in the low- to mid-70s.

While the northeast will be basking in beautiful weather, the first snowstorm of the season will be hitting the northern Rockies this weekend. As much as three feet of snow may fall in the Tetons. That snow won't make it this far east, but the storm may bring rain to our area by next Wednesday or Thursday. Temperatures are expected to remain at or above normal well into next week.

Not to mention humidity in the 20's as well. Perfect September-like weather this week.

This is how the weather should be like 80-85%+ of the time here. 70s during the day and 50s at night. Really picture perfect weather.
