<description>&lt;p&gt;The real problem is the high rate credit default insurance is costing lenders.  It&apos;s costing lenders 10 times what it did just months ago. None of the banks want to lend money still because most borrowers credit rating have turned to garbage.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
