Baaaaad timing for this. Again, I don't know why anyone would want to live in this incredibly crappy area. It's really only a little less expensive than the UWS now.

Who in their right mind would want an office in this shitty area? Who would rent a room at this hotel? 600 apartments will be set aside for low income housing? Isn't that whole goddamn area low income housing? Leave the area alone-there are plenty of jobs, and office spaces waiting downtown if they can ever fucking rebuild the World Trade Center. This City Council is so fucking corrupt...

all of the five boroughs would be featured in the cultural center then. the plan is garbage. they should go back, and re-tool this plan. lets hear what the other developers have planned as well.
