Simmons NEVER had six pack abs! Even at his best shape he looked like an average joe schmo. Any exercise more intense than sweating to the oldies will probably give me a heart attack. Considering his clients are mostly obese women and men, he looks like an adonis compare to them.

Maybe in a few years, Richard Simmons will be touring nursing homes to show stroke stricken and comatose patients how to move their eyelids 'to the oldies' and burn off some of that feeding tube fat.

Simmons went from six pack abs to 1/4 keg abs in the last few years. Leave him alone, he's happy. Meanwhile what's with all this Susan Sarandon hype I've seen lately? I was introduced to her about three years ago at a little league baseball game in the village and a thing of beauty she ain't. Nice enough woman but she's nothing like Sophia Loren when Sophia was her age.
