I've also been thinking that NYC will end up like San Francisco: a vaguely commercial but overpriced little La La Land for rich old people who like opera. The factories are gone, the studios are leaving, and now Wall Street is in retreat. Must be time to bail out the private equity firms. Can't have rich morons losing their shirts when the taxpayers can foot the bill for their stupidity.
