This is not humor. Does anyone think Republicans find this funny?! --> No. This is not even political satire- it's political mockery which only serves to trivialize American Politics. (Tina Fey notes that she gets applause rather than laughs- what does that tell you?) So who is served by this? Actually no one except Tina Fey and a few other on this now marginalized TV program. Oh Well...

the saddest part of all this is that the Tina Fey impersonation is probably smarter than the real Sarah Palin impersonation. The sadder part of that is that if you watch George W. Bush in his old debates the dude was even stupider than Palin and got voted in twice and he was running for president not vice president.

It's ironic that the Democrats, who actually want to improve the lives of the middle class and working class, are looked upon as "elitist," just because they may have read a book or two in their lives, while the Republicans are thought of as "just folks," because they wave their flags and their bibles, and say "nucular," while they rob you blind by lowering the taxes of the ultra rich while raising your taxes and sending your children to be blown up in an outrageous unnecessary war. Don't be fooled by the folksiness, the "you betchas" and "hecks" and cutesy smiles. They are not on your side. When asked by Katie Couric to name a newspaper she reads, Palin couldn't come up with a single one. She would like to take away women's right to choose, and doesn't believe in sex education. So her daughter got knocked up by a neanderthal, and we're supposed to find that endearing. Working people should remember who it was that organized labor unions. If it had been up to the Republicans, you'd be working for pennies a day. Don't be taken in by flag waving and bible thumping. They're laughing at you all the way to the bank
