Just a heads up, there's no town of Caven Point. It's in Jersey City and located just down the road from the super fancy Point Liberte development.

Actually, the flood plain maps are produced by the government. They only had to call FEMA, or go online... FIRMs for SI

"turned out to be...a flood plain." And how much did it cost to originally plan the site? Duh. Most insurance companies have flood plain maps. Why didn't they just call up the local State Farm agent?
