I used to see this guy at the Chelsea Piers, where he seemed to do nothing but take saunas and hot tubs. I never heard him say a word, but he just ooozed nastiness. Just looking at the expressions on his face you'd think 'what a prick.'

This could be a great source of cash for the city. Put naming rights for city streets up for auction. Offer to rename Broadway "Microsoft Way" if they pony up $20 million a year. How about Fifth becoming officially "Saks Fifth Avenue?" Bloomingdales Boulevard, anyone? Or rent streets by the block. Reed can have his name on one block of a minor street if he wants it ... for $5000/year.
