I think Rangel is just too busy and old for this type of partisan sniping (I mean the Post not CREW). The guy is hardly a slacker in the House. This pales in comparison to LA Rep Bill Jefferson and really even AK Senator Ted Stevens.

I sort of wonder...if you were a politician whose use of a rent-stabilized apartment for a campaign office were under fire, wouldn't you move out immediately? On the other hand, the lease is next month, so do you stay to finish it out?
