At this point, IE could commit itself to handing out hot meals to starving homeless children, and I'd still condemn it as hipster nonsense. They've been shrill, annoying aren't-we-so-in-your-face-and-cool brats for far too long to make up for it now. I have fond dreams of beetles eating flesh from the faces of every one of IE's members.

Hispters don't do these sort of things usually, they're too busy rolling their eyes at them. From my observations it's usually yuppie types who own apple products and have little imagination that attend these sort of dumb events.

I was there, though I am decidedly not a hipster. Not as many hipsters as I expected either. It was a fun time, but would have been more fun if it were a little more public. It was pretty much just us on the island, so some of the novelty of past MP3 experiments/IE missions (i.e. strange looks from non-participants) was missing.
