MY mother raised me to not make a lot of noise where people live and piss them off. Unfortunately, consideration for others is a rare commodity these days. Whether it's car stereos with trunk-sized subwoofers, a guy walking down the street with a boombox or these lunatics, noise is just plain wrong.
