Shootings in Harlem Leave Five Hospitalized
The NYPD has provided some details about yesterday's bullet-riddled night in Harlem, which left five individuals recovering from gunshot wounds in four separate incidents that occurred throughout the night.
- At 8:46 p.m., at 304 Lenox Avenue, a 17-year-old Hispanic male was shot in the back, and a 27-year-old black male was shot in the right leg. Both were taken to the Harlem Hospital Center and are listed in stable condition.
- Later, at 9:20 p.m., a 19-year-old black male was shot in the chest at Lenox Avenue and West 126th Street and taken to St. Luke's hospital. He's listed in stable condition.
- Minutes later, a 15 year old black female was shot once in leg at Lenox Avenue & West 127th. She survived but the NYPD did not have any further information on her status.
- To cap off the night, at 1:50 a.m. a black male was shot in the right leg at 255 West 127th Street; he's listed in stable condition.

not to start anything, just curious. i'm assuming the pennsylvania man was white. everyone else was identified either as black or hispanic. this person just as from pennsylvania.

There was another shooting reported at 110th and Lenox just after noon yesterday, but I can find no details on it anywhere. There were choppers in the air and news trucks circling. Do we have to see multiple victims to get some local media coverage?
