I saw this happen earlier. Pretty dramatic, not sure they used all 20 of the fire trucks on the scene though. Glad everyone is safe, this is a pretty terrifying job. Discovery channel should get on it - it would shit on Ice Road Truckers.

What in hell's gate is going on with scaffolding workers lately? If they're not dangling for dear life, they're doing the swan dive into the asphalt pond.

OMG this is so out-of-control already thank God they were allright (including the NYPD & FDNY) but where is the outrage (hello? City Hall?)
