<description>&lt;p&gt;Tihany also designed the former Le Cirque that failed. I first met him when he was designing a cheese steak shop on Broadway. I guess his client base has improved since then. 

But come on Sirio Maccioni, let the guy try to make a living designing other restaurants. It&apos;s not like your going to get the same people coming back to eat  at your restaurant everyday. And I doubt that you invented fish and chips (you call it bass with potatoes) I believe it was Arthur Treacher.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
