Even if the umbrella was worth 5K...why sue for a million???? Again...our judicial system is a joke! I am thrilled the Judge threw this out of court and charged the idiot a fine for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Now if we can get the other 9 out of 10 frivolous lawsuits thrown out the courts may be able to listen to REAL cases!
