Sources familiar with matter say purchase is expected to be announced this weekend."). Subheadline from the Wall Street Journal: Bank of America is Among Interested But Seeks Assurances. Lehman's shares dropped 45% in today's trading.

I'm waiting for Lehman's shares to come free ..along with the sailor's whistle at the bottom of a Crackerjack box.

Those whistles are useful.

And in the meantime, rents in NY are still getting higher and higher...
