That 'Best Parking Spot' photo in Bay Ridge is uninformed internet snark at its finest. That's a block from my apartment, and I walk past there every morning. The reason the garage door is like that is because a car smashed into that garage, and the attached brick wall not too long ago, and both are pretty damaged.
