I remember when I was just out of college with a decent job I was spending $100 to $150 a week on drugs and alcohol. It was bankrupting me.

Smokers are the new social outcasts in this city and it will only get worse for them. Most of the young smokers I encounter these days are transplants from areas of the country that are a little more smoker-friendly. Like smoking will make their time in the city any easier, yeah right.

Only an NYU student would think it's still 'cool' to be a smoker. Just like they think Ambercrombie tshirts are 'fashionable' and flip-flops 'practical'

In the spirit of responsible budgeting; a small amount should be put away weekly for drugs such as weed and the occasional cocaine use. Amounts should also be earmarked for paying someone to do your homework and write your essays...
