You are right 8th ave is crowded with fried chicken joints.
But so is Coney Island. There are about 8 of them on Surf and Mermaid and they are constantly busy even after Midnight.
They even are open during all holidays.
One good idea for a future post is to allow the members to submit their best recipes for fried chicken. Espcially tenderizing and juicing the dried white meat inside the crust
