• Tonight's Critical Mass ride is essentially the four-year anniversary of the infamous 2004 Critical Mass ride during the RNC when hundreds of riders were arrested by the NYPD.
• A Queens librarian said if children read 1,000 books this summer, she would donate her hair to Locks of Love. The kids did it, and Sueli Zaqem had 13 inches of her hair cut off.
