Linda Stein's Accused Killer Gets a New Lawyer

2008_08_natlow.jpgNatavia Lowery, who is suspected of killing her boss, celebrity real estate broker (and former manager for the Ramones) Linda Stein, has announced she has a new lawyer. The Daily News reports, "Her notoriously talkative attorney Ron Kuby has been replaced by the taciturn Rick Jones." The NYPD said that Lowery, 26, bludgeoned Stein after the 62-year-old was rude to her and blew pot smoke in her face; investigators also point to Lowery's confession. However, Kuby suggested the police coerced her confession. With the change of lawyers, the case is "delayed at least three weeks." Lowery, who was pregnant when arrested, gave birth this summer.

If she dropped Kuby ,its a pretty good sign that she's guilty.

It just does not feel right.

She suddenly clubbed her boss to death, then weeks later called the investigating Detective to complain about Photographers in front of her home - then volunteerily agrees to meet him without an attorney.

With no history of violence in her past and left work that day acting completely normal.

But on the other hand - there were no other visitors on the surveillance after she left - and no other evidence.

If she is guilty - it just shows how on moment of lost temper can ruin your life as well as the life and family of your victim
