Just what we need here. More f'n condos. They should be fining the owner for allowing this activity to take place. The owner could fix the problem by actually showing up sometimes, getting the NYPD's finest to actually kick the garbage out (instead of their normal job of beating up cyclists and harassing people minding their own affairs), then board it up. It's not like this is out in the forest somewhere where it can't be watched. </p>
