Cops Accused of Off-Duty Beating Head to Court on Friday

The two female police officers who are charged with assaulting a man while off-duty will be at Bronx Supreme Court's criminal division on Friday. Michelle Anglin and Kollen Robinson allegedly got into a verbal altercation in Williamsbridge with Marlon Smith, and it escalated to the point where Anglin allegedly sprayed Smith with mace and then both hit him when he tried to leave. A witness got the officers' license plate number and reported the incident. Another witness said the two women "looked very skilled at what they were doing." Police Commissioner Kelly said, "If these allegations prove true it's a horrendous situation." Smith, who needed 25 staples to hold her wound together, said yesterday, "I'm just happy to be alive right now."

So is Marlon Smith a man or woman?

"...and then both hit him when he tried to leave"

"Smith, who needed 25 staples to hold her wound together"

smith is lucky he wasn't dressed up as a panda or had a bike strapped to his car.

They should be tried as adults.

if he were dressed as a panda AND on a bike those officers would've had such a hard-on

"I'm just happy to be alive right now."

He's lucky to be alive right now, knowing NYPD. Of course, it could be worse. He could have been in Bergen County.

Maybe we can lock them in a room with Patrick Pogan and see what happens....
