Patsy's--the one in East Harlem (which some pizza enthusiasts consider to be the only Patsy's in town)--is 75 years young today, and to mark the auspicious occasion, prices a are rolled back to 1933. So, a grilled 12 ounce New York cut steak is 90 cents, grilled Salmon filet served with fresh lemon is 90 cents, and their original coal oven pizza pie is 60 cents. (And soda, ice tea and bottled water are 10 cents.) Patsy's is at 2287 First Avenue, New York (117 - 118 Street 1st Avenue) and prices are good until 10 p.m. tonight. For more, here's Serious Eats on Patsy's.

60 cents for a pizza?? I'll take 100, please.
This Patsy's has ok pizza but the other Patsy's are far better. This has a real borough feel to it, not a good sit down restaurant. They need to step it up there, clean the place up.
This is a great idea, but I loved it more the first time someone thought of it! http://gothamist.com/2008/06/11/barney_greengrass_turns_100_with_ti.php
mmmmmm pizza
still not worth a trek uptown
I used to go there after hanging around the Village and not scoring (we're talking girls). At 1 AM there were still customers in the place. Eventually I went home with the News and the Mirror.
Don't know where you got that 'till 10pm' info ... they were only doing the special prices till 7pm. Too bad for all of us that showed up afterward, doh! And that was many, many people.
