@EastRiver, I think the NJ is a shore house, which is in keeping with the Sun's editorial that it seems like rent stabilized units for pols means their 2nd homes are subsidized.

I missed it last week or maybe it was never explained but does Quinn ever live in the New Jersey house she half owns or does she rent it out? Or in other words, exactly how much time is she spending in the rent stabilized pad?

Quinn's behavior during the congestion tax fiasco was disturbing. I can't believe a person in her person in her position would put so much effort into misleading New Yorkers.

Rent stabilization is very important and needs to be expanded. Especially if the city wants to keep it's payrolls down. Any word on whether she is going to lose her rent stabilized apartment because she is a part owner owner of a home in NJ? Quinn doesn't stand a chance in the mayoral race. She should go back to Long Island.

The article is really interesting--he's also against rent control.
