Fled Serbian Goon Goes Out for Casual Jog

2008_08_serb.jpgMiladin Kovacevic, the 6-foot-9-inch brute who has caused an international incident by fleeing back to Serbia to duck charges of beating a Brooklyn college student within an inch of his life, was seen out in public for the first time yesterday working out with his new Serbian basketball squad. When asked about the newest player on his semi-pro squad, his coach Bojan Markovic said, "It's his business. I don't get involved...We hope he will help us improve our scores." Both Senators Clinton and Schumer have been trying to pressure Serbia into extraditing Kovacevic back to the US, but Serbian officials say it is against their nation's constitution. Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic said that Serbia would like to see him return, but that "His decision...is that he does not want to do that."

This makes it easier for the CIA to jump him and wisk him away on a private jet back to the US.

We can only hope

Perhaps the Serbian vice consul general, Igor Milosevic, who helped him escape, would like to stand trial in his place?

Sounds like a fair swap to me. Oh and obviously Serbia doesn't want our tax dollars in economic aid. We have better things to spend our money on.

Serbia just wants to suck Vladimir Putin off. I guess we forced them to their knees for something.

Serbia seems to take better care of its citizens than ours does.

"His decision...is that he does not want to do that."

What a government. Alleged criminals get to choose whether they get prosecuted or not.

I won't be surprised if the ape knocks a fellow Serb into a coma one of these days.
