The supposed comments about Williamsburg are merely real-estate blither; they cannot be said to contradict one another because they are both essentially meaningless. Same as the real-estate blither in the Times.

How about some articles on where actual "middle-class families" can afford to live without being shot at, or having to commute for over an hour. Does that even exist? Yes; in New Jersey. (Hey you didn't mention the place had to have a decent 'cool-factor!')
